It is my pleasure to report today that I’ve received word that the “outhouse upgrade” concept previously discussed has been approved by the municipal authorities, thus crossing an important threshold for this project: all the regulatory issues have been resolved! All that remains is to follow through with the particulars, but the important bit — actually getting approval for doing all the things — is now in hand!
What this means in practical terms is that this spot right here…
… will become the tiny house homestead some time in the next 12 months. Yes, that includes enjoyment of the 60 acres of lake to the north.
Of course I have to finish building the thing first 😁. Working on that.
